A charming and peaceful community on the edge of Summerville, South Carolina. With over 400 homes, Ashborough is a tight-knit community with a feeling of tranquility that will make you feel right at home. This neighborhood offers the perfect balance of seclusion and connection to nature, with mature trees and large lots. The community also boasts almost 100 acres of riverside nature preserve which is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
 

Amenities

Ashborough offers a lake, pool, tennis courts, and playgrounds for its residents. The Olympic-sized competition pool with six lanes is perfect for the hot summer days. Within the community, there are two playgrounds, regulation-size tennis courts, and a ballfield where Little leagues play. Additionally, there is a boat landing on Mayfield Street that gives residents access to the shallower portion of the lake.
 

HOA Fees

Annually, there is a $440 fee for the HOA that goes to maintaining the community.

Located in the Dorchester District 2 school district, children have the option to attend the following schools: Beech Hill Elementary School, Gregg Middle School, and Ashley Ridge High School.
